Swn y Dail Logo

The images say it all...you only have to look at the location to understand Swn y Dail (Welsh for sound of the leaves) is something rather special.

Perched unwaveringly above the rolling sea and the town of Barmouth, Swn y Dail commands a prime position. The site itself has an interesting history, having been secured for development for fifty six houses over forty years ago. Work commenced no further than foundations for two houses before Stonewest acquired the site. A radical re-think in true Stonewest style led to plans for twenty five exceptional homes befitting of a location so unique.
